**Who we are**:
MAVES International Software provides advanced software solutions for 3rd Party Logistics services providers who support multiple clients' warehousing and transportation requirements. Our flagship offering, _ViewPoint Logistics, _which includes both WMS and TMS functions, enables the 3PL service provider to manage their operations in real-time using simple, powerful tools that will improve the agility and profitability of their business.

**Role**:
We are looking for a detail-oriented, proactive team player and a self-starter with solid skills in communication and analysis. You are equally comfortable communicating with external industry people and internal technical people. You require little supervision to accomplish assigned tasks.

**Responsibilities include**:

- Determine and document user requirements for business processes.
- Manage multiple projects and activities of varying complexity while under time constraints
- Documentation of Processes, Client Requirements, Training Materials, User Guides, Project Plans, and Technical & functional Specifications.
- Work closely with key customers to keep them updated on process changes designed to improve service
- Be the first line of communication with customer issues, helping manage client expectations
- Work with project managers to develop new project plans and see them through to completion
- Responsible for maintaining a high level of professionalism with clients and working to establish a positive rapport with all
- Research new training materials and methodologies that will enhance our internal and client-focused training procedures
- Other duties as assigned

**Qualifications and Skills**:

- Bachelor's degree or similar community college certification is preferred.
- Min 3+ years of work experience in the Logistics, transportation, or Warehousing industry in a similar capacity
- Experience working in a client/customer-facing role within a supply chain or software organization and experience with Business Requirements Analysis.
- Working experience with WMS and TMS systems.
- Experience with databases and SQL queries is preferred
- Detail oriented with advanced problem-solving and analytical skills
- Excellent listening and comprehension skills
- Extensive user testing and project management experience
- Fluent in English - both written and spoken
- Strong presentation skills
- Excellent team-building, organization, and leadership skills and a desire to join a diverse workforce
- Technical background and knowledge would be beneficial

**Primary Location**: Greater Toronto Area (preferred)

**Schedule**: Full-time
