Chiropractic Assistant

We are seeking a chiropractic assistant required immediately, who is striving to support **the [clinic]**’s mission. We need someone to be able to coordinate and manage the [clinic] services and be able to operate independently.

At **the [clinic] **you will get the opportunity to become part of a welcoming comprehensive health centre that provides exceptional Chiropractic Care, Physiotherapy, Registered Massage Therapy, Custom Orthotics, Acupuncture, Knee Braces, Naturopathy, Osteopathy and other services in the heart of downtown Toronto.

**Duties**:

- Self-motivated and passionate that is capable of working independently and in a team setting
- Assist with office tasks such as proofreading documents and organizing files
- Provide exceptional customer support and address inquiries or concerns
- Coordinate projects and ensure timely completion.
- Assist with direct billing, invoicing using PMP, and submitting manual claims for orthotics and medical devices

**Requirements**:

- Previous experience working in a medical or chiropractic is preferred
- Strong attention to detail and excellent proofreading skills
- Excellent customer service and communication skills
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
