**Position Summary**

As a strong leader, you will be responsible for delivering project management excellence on key initiatives through disciplined execution. The breadth and complexity of these projects cannot be understated. The Project Manager should be able to oversee the impacts, interdependencies and timelines between functional teams and work to ensure project initiatives meet the goals and objectives set forth by the senior and executive leadership teams.

**What you will bring**
- 5 years' experience in agile project management, preferably managing Web, App and other Digital projects.
- Strong agile and SAFe experience (i.e., running sprint planning, backlog grooming, sprint showcases, project planning initiatives, design reviews, etc.).
- Strong experience working with frontend 5 years' experience in agile project management, preferably managing Web, App and other Digital projects.
- Strong agile and SAFe experience (i.e., runand backend web agile development teams.
- Experience with app development and testing platforms (i.e., Zephr).
- JIRA (Atlassian suite of products) knowledge/expertise an asset.
- Completely conversant in Microsoft Project or Smartsheet and other MS Office tools.
- Good project financial forecasting and cost management (i.e., Capex, Opex, Implementation Costs planning and analysis).
- Experience in managing a group of simultaneous initiatives.
- High level of energy and strong passion to lead team members to successful completion of projects and to ensure the delivery of a positive customer experience.
- Creativity, flexibility, and an ability to manage time and reset priorities in a dynamic environment.
- Superior skill set, including analytical thinking and problem solving, coaching and leadership, presentation and facilitation, negotiation and relationship building and proficient probing, listening, and positioning skills.
- Certified Scrum Master (CSM) preferred.

**What you will do**
- Develop and maintain all project documentation (Project Plan, Issue and Action Logs, Risk Management, Communication Plan, Status Reports, Post Implementation Reviews, etc.).
- Identify benefits expected from initiatives and conduct post implementation reviews to report on and track results.
- Pull together resources effectively to implement projects. Orchestrate multiple activities at once to accomplish objectives.
- Use critical thinking skills to anticipate and manage potential risks that will arise. Communicate these to the stakeholders on a regular basis and ensure decisions are made quickly and effectively.
- Assist in the development and implementation of templates, procedures, and processes as part of the continuous development of the Strategy, Data & Partnerships team.
