Disponibilité du camp : Du 24 juin au 23 août 2024 (doit être disponible pendant 6 semaines au cours de cette période)

Salaire : 16,25 $ - 16,50 $.

Résumé:
Le chef des animateurs fournit des conseils, un soutien et une supervision aux animateurs qui jouent un rôle d'animateur de groupe. Il s'assure de leur présence constante dans les groupes qui ont besoin d'un soutien supplémentaire et offre un retour d'information précieux pour améliorer les performances et le développement des animateurs. Il leur sera également demandé de diriger et d'animer leurs propres groupes.

Responsabilités:
En saison- Diriger et animer leurs propres activités de groupe- Démontrer des techniques efficaces pour guider les animateurs dans l'animation de groupes.- Assurer une présence constante aux côtés des animateurs (les chefs des moniteurs sont affectés aux groupes nécessitant un soutien).- Offrir des conseils, une supervision et un soutien aux animateurs dans leur rôle.- Fournir un retour d'information aux responsables de site et aux coordinateurs de site concernant les performances et le développement des moniteurs.

Hors saison- Participer à la formation spécifique des animateurs- Participer à la retraite annuelle obligatoire

Qualifications:
Être âgé de 16 ans ou plus- Bilingue (capacité de communiquer en français et en anglais)- Expérience de travail avec les enfants et les familles- Excellentes aptitudes à la communication, patience et leadership- Capacité à travailler en groupe, à diriger et à enseigner des activités.

Job Title: Counselor Lead

**Job Type**: Full time ON SEASON, Monday-Friday

Camp availability: June 24-August 23 2024 (must be available for 6 weeks during this time)

**Salary**: $16.25-$16.50

Summary:
The lead counselor provides guidance, support, and supervision to counselors in group facilitation roles. They ensure their consistent presence in groups needing extra support and offer valuable feedback to enhance counselor performance and development. They will be asked to lead and run their own groups as well.

**Responsibilities**:
On season- Lead and animate their own group activities- Demonstrate effective techniques to guide counselors in group facilitation- Ensuring consistent presence alongside counselors (lead counselors are assigned to groups requiring support)- Offering guidance, supervision, and support to counselors in their roles- Supplying feedback to Location Managers and Location Coordinators regarding counselor performance and development

Off Season- Attend counselor specific training- Attend mandatory yearly retreat

Qualifications:
Must be 16 yrs of age or older- Bilingual (ability to communicate in both French and English)- Experience working with children and families- Great communication skills, patience and leadership- Ability to work in a group, lead and teach activities
