**You as a Contracts Coordinator**:

- Collaborate with Estimating, Operations, and Legal as appropriate. Review of key legal documents during the bid stage, generate associated qualifiers and exceptions to support the tender period RFI process and bid submissions, and coordinate the execution of key legal documents.
- Draft subcontract agreements for project requirements.
- Facilitate subcontract terms negotiation.
- Track, monitor and manage the subcontract process through to execution.
- Facilitate the draft, review, approval and execution of Non-Disclosure Agreements (NDA's), Memorandums of Understanding (MOU's) and Letters of Intent (LOI's).
- Propose alternate contract language where required for Subcontracts and Prime Contracts.
- Draft or review formal project communications.
- Keeping appropriately current with applicable construction law.

**Is this the right role for you?**
- Civil or Construction Engineering diploma or degree with 1-2 years of experience with civil/industrial construction OR have legal or contract administration experience.
- Experience supporting contract document review and management
- Thorough knowledge of applicable legal terminology, contract language interpretation, and Terms and Conditions.
- Adaptable to flexible work schedule when required to meet deadlines.
