We are seeking a highly skilled DOM Implementation Specialist to lead the implementation and optimization of our Distributed Order Management system. You will play a crucial role in configuring and deploying the system to ensure efficient order processing and fulfillment across our distributed network. This role requires a combination of technical expertise, project management skills, and a deep understanding of order management processes.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **System Implementation**: Lead the end-to-end implementation of the Distributed Order Management system, including system configuration, integration with existing systems, and testing.
- **Requirements Gathering**: Collaborate with stakeholders to gather business requirements and translate them into system configurations and workflows.
- **Customization**: Customize the DOM system to meet specific business needs, including order routing rules, allocation strategies, and integration with ERP, WMS, and CRM systems.
- **Testing and Quality Assurance**: Conduct thorough testing of the DOM system to ensure functionality, performance, and reliability. Identify and resolve any issues or defects to ensure a smooth implementation process.
- **Documentation**: Create and maintain documentation related to system configurations, processes, and procedures. Develop training materials, user guides, and standard operating procedures (SOPs) to support system usage and maintenance.
- **Continuous Improvement**: Work closely with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities for process improvements and system enhancements. Implement best practices and recommend changes to optimize order management processes.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 7 years of experience in implementing and configuring Distributed Order Management systems or similar enterprise software solutions.
- Strong understanding of order management processes, logistics, and supply chain operations.
- Proficiency in system configuration, data mapping, and integration techniques.
- Experience with DOM software platforms such as IBM Sterling Order Management, Manhattan DOM, or similar systems preferred.
- Project management skills, including the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to collaborate effectively with stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
- Analytical mindset with strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Certification in relevant technologies or project management methodologies is a plus.

**Job Types**: Fixed term contract, Freelance
Contract length: 6 months

Pay: From $30.00 per hour

Expected hours: No more than 40 per week
