Job Responsibilities:
Curriculum Development:
Create lesson plans, course outlines, and instructional materials to facilitate effective teaching and learning.
Incorporate experiential learning opportunities, case studies, and industry-specific projects into the curriculum.

Classroom Instruction:Deliver engaging and interactive lectures, presentations, and discussions to convey course content.
Facilitate student learning through various teaching methods, such as group activities, simulations, and guest speakers.
Utilize technology and educational tools to enhance the learning experience.

Practical Training and Skill Development:Provide hands-on training and guidance in areas such as front office operations, food and beverage service, event planning, etc.
Foster a learning environment that encourages critical thinking, problem-solving, and creativity.

Student Assessment and Evaluation:Design and administer assessments, quizzes, and examinations to evaluate students' understanding and progress.
Provide constructive feedback and grades on assignments, projects, and presentations.
Monitor and track individual student performance, offering additional support or guidance as needed.

Academic Advising and Mentoring:Advise and guide students on course selection, career paths, and professional development opportunities.

Program Administration and Collaboration:Collaborate with other instructors and faculty members to ensure program coherence and consistency.
Participate in program evaluation, accreditation processes, and curriculum review meetings.
Contribute to the development and improvement of program policies, procedures, and resources.

Qualifications and Skills:

- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Hospitality Management or a related field (or equivalent industry experience).
- Teaching or training experience in an academic or professional setting is preferred.
- Strong knowledge of hospitality management principles, practices, and industry trends.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to engage and motivate students through effective teaching strategies.
- Proficiency in instructional technology and learning management systems.
- Organizational and time management skills to manage multiple responsibilities effectively.
- Commitment to student success and professional growth.

**Job Type**: Part-time

**Salary**: $31,300.00-$111,637.66 per year
