**Credentials**:Precision Machinist - Programmers with experience on 3,4,5 axis CNC milling

**Experience**:2-5 years

**Area of Specialization**:

- Read and interpret technical drawings and drafts, examine part samples to produce good parts
- Background in machining (skilled with all general machining equipment & measuring tools)
- Knowledge of CNC machining or special purpose machines is an asset (pull bore machines).
- Ability to read Solid Works software, Expert in Mastercam
- Ability to interpret blueprints, understand work orders, and follow instructions.
- Ability to multitask effectively.
- Ability to lift to 50 lbs.

**Specific Skills**:
Calculate dimensions and tolerances using knowledge of mathematics and instruments such as micrometers and Vernier calipers.

Program, set up, and operate CNC machinery to perform machining operations

Setup, align, and secure tool holders, cutting tools, attachments, accessories, and materials onto the machine.

Select the appropriate tools/fixtures, machines, and materials for setups.

**Additional Skills**:
Know and use computer hardware and software

Maintenance Machines and tools regularly

Correctly handling finished materials

Performing quality control checks periodically

Report any issues affecting production to a supervisor.

Overhead crane & forklift experience

Demonstrate proficient computer skills, including Microsoft Office Suite (i.e., Word, Excel, etc.).

**Responsibilities**:
Work under the documented ISO Standards - 9001:2015 Quality & 14001:2015 procedures and instructions, specific responsibilities defined in individual procedures and instructions, and report problems or deviations associated with these Standards.

Meet the standards, both time and quality-related, set out by supervisors and managers.

Perform other duties as required.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: $29.00-$36.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week

Additional pay:

- Overtime pay
