Property Rental Agent

Complete Application process for potential tenants ( Credit check, Landlord & Job verification)
- Prepare Leases,Read & Review Leases with tenants for signing
- Enter Tenant data - insurance, vehicle, emergency contacts, etc.
- Prepare Move in Packages
- Work Orders - prepare work orders
- Data entry
- Filling
- Answer calls as required
- Landlord and Tenant Board tribunals - prepare paperwork and attend
- Handle complaints both written and in person
- Market vacant units to perspective tenants
- Inspect and report any property deficiencies to the maintenance supervisor
- Work closely with maintenance department - must be constant communication to allow for preparation of units.
- Must be proficient in Excel Word and posses the ability to learn new programs quickly
- Applicants should have 2 year’s previous experience in a similar role
- Take monthly rent payments
- Create report for monthly review
- Work closely with all staff and management

**Salary**: From $21.00 per hour

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday
