Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Car Rental Agent to join our team at Budget Car And Truck Rental. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, managing rental contracts, and maintaining sales records.

Key Responsibilities
  • Customer Service: Greet customers, discuss their needs, and provide recommendations on vehicle rentals.
  • Rental Contract Management: Prepare and process rental contracts, ensuring accuracy and compliance with company policies.
  • Sales Record Maintenance: Maintain accurate sales records for inventory control and reporting purposes.
  • Merchandise Preparation: Prepare vehicles for rental, ensuring they are clean and ready for customer use.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a related field.
  • Personal Suitability: Collaborative, efficient interpersonal skills, reliability, team player, and client focus.
