Title**:Team Leader, Residential & Lifestyle Options Program**

Reports To: Residential Program Manager

**Hours of Work**:Full-time, 35 hours per week. A combination of day, evening and weekend work is required to support staff and individuals at the residence, and to complete home visits with individuals and their proprietors. Required to work 8-9 am with complex needs individuals in their residence one morning/week and to be on the Residential on-call rotation one weekend every seven weeks. Team Leaders cover other Residences/Programs during TL vacations/leaves and may be required to provide frontline coverage during staffing shortages to ensure safety.

Travel is required to complete home visits of proprietors, ensuring completion of documentation, and meeting accreditation (CET) standards within the Lifestyle Options Program. Supervision, hiring and training of staff who provide direct support in personal care, skill development and community access, and ensuring paper and process compliance to meet Licensing and CET standards is required in the Residential worksite.

**Qualifications**:
Minimum one year experience working in the disability sector, including some experience with individuals who have complex behaviour support needs. Supervisory experience preferred. Access to a reliable vehicle, a valid Alberta Driver's license, and $2 million liability insurance, and proficiency with Microsoft 365, My Compass and Catalyst is required. Must be a resourceful team-player who is comfortable addressing issues that don’t support quality service or continuous improvement.

Wage Grid: $25.07 - $28.99 per hour, dependent on education and experience.
