Title**:Team Leader, Connections Day Program**

Reports To: Program Manager

**Hours of Work**: Full-time, 35 hours per week. Monday-Friday, 8:00 am - 3:30 pm, with a 3-hour evening and 3-hour weekend shift required each month to support staff and individuals in the residential program. Required to be on the Residential on-call rotation one weekend every eight weeks. Team Leaders cover other Residences/Programs during TL vacations/leaves and may be required to provide frontline coverage during staffing shortages to ensure safety.

Supervision, hiring and training of staff who provide direct support in personal care, skill development and community access, and ensuring paper and process compliance to meet Licensing and accreditation (CET) standards is required.

**Wage Grid**: $25.07 - $28.99 per hour, dependent on education and experience.

**Salary**: $25.00-$28.99 per hour
