**Compensation**:
- Salary range: $65,000 - $90,000, depending on experience
**Compensation**:

**Responsibilities**:
- ** Implement** the marketing ideas of the team leaders
- Oversee and manage the brand and full marketing plan, including its components
- Execute the marketing plan for both the Team and its Leader
- Utilize analytics and data for all marketing campaigns
- Plan, set up, and run team events
- Utilize sales and marketing technology and systems
- Develop and maintain a social media marketing plan
- Monitor all social media accounts, regularly posting content and interacting with followers
- Enhance and maintain the company website(s)
- Create Traffic Plans and devise SEO strategy
- Implement Lead Magnets, new strategies, and plans by analyzing existing analytics and making adjustments for growth
- Provide monthly statistics for the website, social media, engagement, and lead generation, and suggest optimization methods
- Assist in designing brand content
- Schedule brand content
- Increase social interactions with fans and followers and assist with content marketing initiatives while providing social customer care
- Prepare and manage promotional material for listing and team events
- Maintain relationships with marketing vendors and support B2B program development and retention
**Qualifications**:
- Must have a College or University Degree in Advertising/Marketing/Event Planning/Public Relations
- Extensive knowledge and experience in implementing social media campaigns
- Have a full understanding of **analytics** and **data** and how to utilize them for team growthAbility to learn and teach others various cloud-based software programs, including CRM systems, project management systems, Microsoft Office, and top social media platforms
- Strong attention to detail
- Ability to multitask and prioritize daily workload
- Creative problem-solving skills
- Must have a **CAN and WILL DO** attitude
- Valid Real Estate License is required for this job.
