**Your Opportunity at ARC’TERYX**:
The Project Coordinator, Ecommerce will represent Arc’teryx Ecommerce business needs, including SAP and other connected systems. As the Ecommerce Coordinator, you will provide department specific needs, work with consultants and overall company to identify best in class solutions, coordinate departmental work for stabilization and enhancements to SAP, provide input on whether proposed solutions meet needs, and coordinate the implementation of the new solution(s).

**Meet Your Future Team**:
The Ecommerce team is responsible for developing our Ecommerce channel and all consumer facing digital touchpoints for Arc’teryx. We are a high-performing team responsible for direct-to-consumer eCommerce (strategy and operations), Digital Growth Marketing, Digital Analytics, Digital User Experience, and Digital Merchandising and Digital Product Content. The team works closely with many other teams, including Retail, Brand and Marketing Operations.

**If you were the Project Coordinator, Ecommerce now, here are some of the core activities you would be doing**:

- Supporting the ecommerce business during Project Joffre to ensure timely delivery of key SAP initiatives
- Gathering the requirements of the Ecommerce business teams for SAP and coordinate with project teams for connected systems including the digital platform - Magento, ReverseLogix, Adyen, Akeneo etc
- Coordinating operational changes between current state and future state SAP, and supporting systems, including new required processes, and initiate change within business to ensure success of implementation
- Support project teams in identifying the required information to enable SAP functionality with existing and future systems including, but not limited to Cegid, ReverseLogix, Magento, Akeneo, etc.
- Documenting and maintaining the current and future state of all Ecommerce business processes affected by SAP changes and enhancements
- Supporting the creation of training documentation and deployment for business users impacted by upcoming system changes
- Working closely with the internal and global project teams to ensure that the projects stay on track. Communicating project status and potential roadblocks to project leadership
- Supporting planning and execution of System Integration Testing and User Acceptance Testing, including design of test scenarios, validation and business engagement
- Collaborating with BI teams to identify requirements and ensure data consistency
- Supporting the Ecommerce business with other departments to drive a common business design and data consistency
- Conveying the end-state consistently to the project team and notifying project leadership of any challenges to the plan
- Ensuring best practices and process optimization are built at the design stage

**Here are some of the things you could be working on in the future**:

- Identifying gaps between business requirements and SAP or other systems, and leading the evaluation of other potential vendors to address those gaps as needed
- Collaborating with business and functional resources to ensure the timely resolution of system defects
- Reviewing and prioritizing key initiatives with business stakeholders to enable business excellence
- Supporting business case creation for new functionality or maintenance of current practice as required

**Are you our next Project Coordinator, Ecommerce?**:

- You have 3+ years’ work experience within a retail or ecommerce support function
- You have experience building reports to support decision-making and analysis.
- You have prior implementation experience
- You have strong Project Management skills
- You have a drive to learn and participate

- You have a solid knowledge of ERP systems and order management processes

- You have excellent written and verbal communication skills, and exceptional attention to detail
- You are able to travel internationally as required
