We are currently seeking a passionate **Administrative sales assistant **for our **Ottawa concept store located on Iris Street**.

**Do you thrive doing these tasks?**
- Interact with costumers, in a professional manner and going the extra mile to insure their satisfaction;
- Coordinate and manage the reception of the store;
- Being a team player and greet customers and respond to questions and inquiries if all Sales Associates are occupied;
- Assist the Showroom Manager in his daily tasks;
- Be an administrative support for the Sales team (i.e. prepares quotes and sales contracts, take payments, prepare transfers of inventory, etc.);
**Do you have what Home Societe is looking for?**
- Strong customer service skills;
- **A minimum of 2 years’ experience in a similar role**;
- **You are bilingual English - French.**:

- You demonstrate good verbal and written skills;
- **You know how to manage priorities;**:

- **You are motivated and a team player;**:

- At ease with inventory operating systems and good knowledge of the MS Office suite;
- You have initiative, versatility, organization, and diplomacy.

Voici en quoi ressemble une journée de travail en tant qu’**Adjoint.e administratif.ve aux ventes chez Home Société**:

- Mettre le client au centre de vos préoccupations en assurant un service à la clientèle exceptionnel;
- Missions administratives variées : fermeture des caisses du jour, suivi de dossiers clients, etc;
- Prendre temporairement le client en charge lorsque tous les conseillers.ères sont occupés.
- Traitement des courriels et des demandes de renseignements téléphoniques;
- Soutenir la direction de la succursale dans ses tâches quotidiennes;
- Offrir un support administratif à l’équipe de ventes. Ex : préparation des contrats pour les conseillers aux ventes, planifier les livraisons, prendre les paiements.

Vous êtes notre futur.e **adjoint.e administratif.ive aux ventes**,si vous détenez les compétences suivantes:

- **Vous avez de fortes aptitudes au niveau du service à la clientèle**;
- Vous **minimum 2 ans d’expérience** dans un rôle similaire;
- **Vous êtes bilingue;**:

- Vous avez de fortes compétences en communication, autant à l’oral qu’à l’écrit;
- **Vous avez le sens des priorités;**:

- **Vous êtes une personne motivée qui adore travailler en équipe;**:

- Vous êtes à l’aise dans un environnement informatisé, incluant la suite Office.
- On vous décrit comme étant une personne organisée, polyvalente, diplomate et ayant un sens de l’initiative.
