We are seeking **Estimating Students **for our **Toronto District in Oakville, Ontario** within our **Canadian Buildings Division **that are available** **for **a minimum of 4 months starting in May 2024**.

Here's how an **Estimating Student** for our Toronto office contributes to the team:
**Responsibilities**:

- Understand and utilize PCL’s estimating manuals, systems and forms.
- Review quantity survey assignment with lead estimator or Chief Estimator.
- Gets the chance to perform assigned quantity survey and transfer quantities to the lead estimator.
- Provides quantities of major purchase items to purchasing department for pricing.
- Creates an impact by performing general subtrade solicitation duties and helping with bid document control.
- Has the opportunity to perform bid day assignments.
- Experiences visiting the job sites periodically.
- Develops relationships with subcontractors.
- Performs other duties as required.
