About the role:

- Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with other members of the marketing team to implement personalized, data-driven campaigns that align with business goals.Monitor and analyze campaign performance, making data-driven recommendations for improvements.-
- Manage existing marketing automation efforts and processes, proactively researching and implementing the latest best practices, strategies, and industry standards.-
- Continually work to optimize workflows and reduce turnaround time by identifying patterns and developing reusable templates and filters.-
- Perform and monitor A/B testing, providing insight into how different approaches impact audience engagement and conversion.- About You:
- 5+ years experience working with marketing automation tools (Adobe Campaign, Salesforce Marketing Cloud).Working knowledge of relational databases and SQL.Self-directed with a drive to continuously improve the automation processes.-
- Inquisitive and keen to develop and implement new techniques and provide increased benefits to the business.-
- Strong collaborator, focused on the customer and business outcomes.-
- Excellent analytical skills and the ability to use data to drive campaign optimization.-
- A desire to be an expert who shares knowledge and is dedicated to helping others.-
- Able to engage others, and adapt your communication style for the audience.-
- Entrepreneurial spirit and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.-
- Desire to learn new technical skills.-
