**NOW HIRING: Studio Manager**

HotShop is looking to grow its team of amazing people interested in leading one of our in-studio teams.

Our Studio Managers are responsible for driving member success, front desk sales, ensuring studio upkeep, and managing a small team of front-line studio staff to create amazing member experiences

**Responsibilities**:

- Ultimately accountable for your studio and ensuring member success
- Identifying sales opportunities & assisting members in finding the right package or products
- Implementing and maintaining SOPs (standard operating procedures) and best practices across your team
- Assisting first-time members feel welcomed into the HotShop community and are set up for success
- Training and ongoing Coaching of Experience Leads, Ambassadors, & Instructors to follow studio SOPs
- Taking ownership over studio KPIs (key performance indicators) to measure success
- Ensuring the studio is sparkling, efficient & functional during class turnovers
- Reception of new customers and facilitating a relaxed newcomer experience
- Collaborating with Regional Manager to ensure strong communication and identifying areas of opportunity

**Must Haves**
- Outgoing and positive vibe
- A love for group fitness (even if you’re a newbie)
- Experience in leading a team in fitness, retail, beauty, or other customer service environment
- proficient in various computer systems and adaptable to learning new systems
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to project calm and level approach when addressing member concerns
- Superior attention to detail and attention to cleanliness
- Excellent ability to problem solve

**Education & Experience**
- 2 + years of customer service experience
- Customer facing sales experience

**Commitment**
- Full Time: ~ 40 Hours Per week

**Schedule**
- Set your own schedule with assistance from your Regional Manager
- Must be flexible to include some evenings and weekends periodically each month

**Compensation**
- $20-25 per hour base wage (40 hours / week)
- Quarterly Performance Bonuses (up to $16,000 / year)
- Unlimited membership to HotShop (a $2,599 value)

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: $50,000.00-$65,000.00 per year

Additional pay:

- Bonus pay

Schedule:

- Evening shift
- Monday to Friday
- Weekends as needed
