Café Manager
**Duties**:
- Oversee the day-to-day operations of the café, ensuring smooth and efficient service
- Manage and train café staff, including hiring, scheduling, and performance evaluations
- Develop and enforce standard operating procedures to maintain quality and consistency
- Monitor inventory levels and place orders for food, beverages, and supplies as needed
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations in food handling and preparation
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the café, including kitchen and dining areas
- Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and feedback in a professional manner
- Collaborate with the kitchen team to create and update menu offerings
- Implement marketing strategies to attract new customers and retain existing ones
**Experience**:
- Previous experience in the food industry, preferably in a leadership role
- Strong knowledge of food service operations, including food handling and preparation
- Excellent communication skills to effectively interact with staff and customers
- Ability to interview, hire, train, and motivate a team of café employees
- Proven track record in delivering exceptional customer service
- Familiarity with restaurant management software for inventory tracking and scheduling
