**Key Responsibilities**:

- Develop and deliver program plans while implementing, engaging, creative activities
- Support staff with best practices and on the spot mentorship and feedback
- Ability to work independently and demonstrate strong leadership skills/teaching by
- showing
- Follow appropriate program models and mandates (academic success, middle years
- focused, youth pre-employment, positive youth mental health, youth leadership)- Create a welcoming environment for children and youth that encourages daily participation,
- belonging, expression, and wellbeing- Demonstrate use of positive behaviour guidance
- Follow all guidelines as set out by the Ministry, School Board, and BGC Hamilton-Halton
- development and Model for Success- Ensure program health & safety protocols are followed
- A commitment to the Clubs mission, Vision and Core Values
- Completion of Ontario Secondary School Diploma
- Standard First Aid and CPR-C and Safe Food Handlers
- High Five Principles of Healthy Child Development is an asset
- Present an acceptable police Vulnerable Sector check and have a valid First Aid /CPR
- Certificate level C- Provide proof of full COVID19 immunization**
