**What you’ll do**:
**Recruitment & Strategy Development**
- Collaborate with WCG hiring managers to understand both short
- and long-term staffing needs
- Develop and implement innovative recruitment strategies to attract top talent
- Create and maintain pipelines of talent through sourcing techniques and relationship building
- Analyze and leverages data-driven insights to continuously enhance recruitment performance and optimize recruiting processes
- Adapt recruitment strategies and processes to accommodate the dynamic needs of a high-growth organization and effectively scale recruitment efforts and campaigns as needed

**Talent Sourcing & Acquisition**
- Develop and execute creative sourcing strategies to attract top talent, including leveraging social media, professional networks, job boards, and other channels
- Build and maintains relationships with external partners, such as recruitment agencies, universities, and industry organizations, to expand talent networks

**Employer Branding & Employee Value Proposition**
- Develop compelling messaging and marketing materials to showcase the WCG’s culture, values, and career opportunities

**Data Analysis & Reporting**
- Utilize recruitment metrics and data analytics to track key performance indicators, measures recruitment effectiveness, and identifies areas for improvement
- Make data-driven recommendations to optimize recruitment processes and enhance overall talent acquisition performance

**Team Leadership & Development**
- Lead and mentor Talent Acquisition Specialists, providing guidance, support, and professional development opportunities
- Foster a collaborative and inclusive team culture, promoting teamwork, accountability, and continuous learning
- Set clear performance expectations, goals, and KPIs for the Talent Acquisition team, and provides regular feedback

**Compliance**
- Ensure compliance with relevant employment laws, regulations, and company policies throughout the recruitment process.
- Stay informed about industry trends, best practices, and legal requirements related to talent acquisition to ensure compliance and drive continuous improvement
- Implement fair and unbiased recruitment practices to promote diversity, equity, and inclusion in hiring

**What you bring**:

- Human Resources Diploma or Degree; or an equivalent combination of education and relevant experience
- A minimum of seven (7) years of experience in talent acquisition or recruitment including experience with specialized talent pools
- Experience managing a team of Talent Acquisition Specialists
- Proven track record of success in a high-growth environment, with the ability to adapt and thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic setting
- Experience implementing and working with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS), ideally SmartRecruiters
- Demonstrated experience articulating and promoting the employee value proposition to attract top talent
- Strong analytical skills, with proficiency in recruitment metrics, data analysis, and reporting
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.
- High level of integrity, professionalism, and discretion when handling sensitive information
- Must successfully pass a Criminal Record Check

**Preferred Criteria**:

- Bilingual (French/English) an asset
- Experience working with SmartRecruiters Applicant Tracking System
