**About the role**

We’re looking for an Administrative Support II to join our growing Digital Underwriting Strategy team

**What you’ll do here**:

- Coordinate and convert documentation and communications to a digital platform, ensuring high accuracy of work while meeting tight deadlines
- Contribute to the communication, change management, and collaboration needs of initiatives
- Coordinating with corporate specialists to deploy guideline updates
- Coordinating with the translation department when required and support translations in small guideline updates
- Contribute to the review of processes and suggest improvements (including the development of guideline dictionaries)
- Contribution to the management of Intact Doc including coordinating updates and alignment of Intact Doc standards (structure, translation, harmonisation)
- Promptly review and respond to all inquiries effectively and in a timely manner, asking questions as required
- Shares responsibility for the overall performance, productivity, and engagement of team members within the Digital Underwriting Team
- Prepare presentations and present effectively as required
- Work on national projects and other initiatives as required

**What you bring to the table**:

- Administrative Technician or equivalent combination of education and experience
- 5 years minimum of experience in an office environment
- Legendary customer service and relationship building
- Exemplary written and verbal communication
- Highly organized and able to manage workflow efficiently without continuous supervision
- Team player with a positive attitude
- Demonstrated ability and willingness to learn
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel and PowerPoint)
- Bilingual in written and verbal communication is required
