**What we are looking for**

**Key responsibilities**
- **Compliance and Reporting**: Ensure compliance with grant requirements, including reporting deadlines, budget restrictions, and programmatic objectives. Prepare and submit timely and accurate grant reports to funding agencies, highlighting project achievements, outcomes, and impact.
- **Program Management**:Oversee programs that receive grant funding, ensuring successful implementation and execution. Coordinate with program managers and stakeholders to develop project plans, monitor progress, and address any challenges or risks that may arise.
- **Research Support**: Support research initiatives for new business opportunities, working closely with senior leadership and other stakeholders to identify research priorities and funding sources. Assist in conducting literature reviews, data analysis, and other research activities to support business development efforts and other business priorities.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as Business Administration, Public Administration, Nonprofit Management, or a related field; Master's degree is preferred.
- Five (5) years of experience in grants management, research administration, or related roles, preferably in academic setting, nonprofit or research organization is desirable.
- Strong understanding of grant regulations and compliance requirements and best practices in grant management is desirable.
- Proven project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines; develop project plans; manage timelines; and coordinate cross-functional teams is an asset.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively engage with stakeholders at all levels of the organization and communicate complex information clearly and effectively.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions is an asset.
- Experience in research support activities, including literature reviews, data analysis, and proposal development is desirable.

**Note: This is a full-time hybrid position based in the Greater Toronto Area, Canada.**

**Salary**: $65,000.00-$72,000.00 per year
