**ABOUT YOU**
- **Leadership and Strategic Management** - You will enhance SOTS’ long-term success by establishing structures and systems that enable the organization to deliver on its strategic priorities and providing team-based collaborative leadership that motivates, inspires, and nurtures the unique contributions of each member of the organization.
- **Financial Management** - You will oversee and execute all financial aspects of SOTS and ensure that financial management processes are built upon sound financial and business practices, meeting fiscal targets that are carried out in accordance with the Board of Directors.
- **Operations Management** - You will optimize the effectiveness of SOTS’ operations by establishing and leading business practices that create the highest level of efficiency possible.
- **Revenue Generation** - You will help maximize SOTS’ revenue potential by overseeing and directing revenue generation to ensure revenue goals are met in a manner that aligns with SOTS’ stated Mandate, Vision, Mission, and Values.
- **Human Resources** - You will develop and implement effective people-centered processes for attracting, training, developing, coaching, motivating, managing, and retaining high-quality staff.
