**Here’s what you’ll deliver**:

- Deliver consistent and quality service to internal clients (hiring managers and hiring teams) in the pursuit of fulfilling talent requirements of the business
- Drafts effective job descriptions that accurately reflects the nature of the position based on the dealerships requirement
- Post and manage all requisitions on social media sites, college and university job boards, industry specific boards and on internal employer portal
- Participates and supports managers in the selection of prospective hires following effective hiring practices
- Conducts background checks on prospective hires
- Distributes new hire and hiring manager satisfaction surveys and report results to Director of Employee Services
- Participate and support recruitment related events such as Job Fairs, Networking events and post secondary open house events

**What do you need to succeed?**
- University Degree or College Diploma
- Successful completion of a post-secondary program in Human Resources
- CHRP designation is an asset
- 1-3 years experience in Human Resources; experience with full cycle recruitment and onboarding preferred
- Must have a valid Ontario Driver's License and good driving record.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Demonstrated ability to effectively communicate to small and mid size groups for long periods of time
- Positive “can-do” attitude with ability to work confidently under pressure and manage changing/competing priorities
- Exceptional organizational, planning and administrative skills;
- Proven time management skills with the ability to take initiative in the development and completion of assigned projects and duties.
- Meticulous attention to detail and accuracy in drafting offer letters and job descriptions
- Flexibility and adaptability to changing needs and demands with the willingness to work longer hours as circumstances require
- Demonstrates utmost professionalism in the performance of duties.
- Discretion is mandatory as the role involves access to highly confidential information.
- Knowledge of Jobvite (Applicant Tracking System) is considered an asset

**This compensation range will be based on knowledge and experience**

**Job Type**: Full Time - Permanent

**Salary**: $46,000 - $52,000 per year
