Fleet Analyst

Compensation Grade:
Grade 4

**Job Description**:
Accountabilities:

- Monitor fleet performance, including fuel consumption data, vehicle downtime, cost savings opportunities, etc.
- Analyze data to identify trends and potential cost savings opportunities
- Develop and maintain KPIs for fleet performance and provide regular reports
- Prepare presentations regarding fleet performance for management
- Maintain detailed records of all fleet transactions, including mileage logs, fuel purchases, maintenance histories, etc.
- Monitor fleet performance metrics against established targets
- Evaluate new technologies and processes to optimize fleet efficiency

Knowledge and Skills:

- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or other relevant field 3+ years experience with fleet management in a corporate setting.
- Excellent strategic/critical thinking
- Excellent communication/presentation skills (all levels of organization)
- Knowledge of industry regulations (Safety, HOS)
- Knowledge of applicable laws, regulations, and industry best practices related to fleet safety, transportation regulations at a provincial and federal level.
