Accountabilities:

Monitor fleet performance, including fuel consumption data, vehicle downtime, cost savings opportunities, etc. Analyze data to identify trends and potential cost savings opportunities Develop and maintain KPIs for fleet performance and provide regular reports Prepare presentations regarding fleet performance for management Maintain detailed records of all fleet transactions, including mileage logs, fuel purchases, maintenance histories, etc. Monitor fleet performance metrics against established targets Evaluate new technologies and processes to optimize fleet efficiency

Knowledge and Skills:

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or other relevant field 3+ years experience with fleet management in a corporate setting.  Expert knowledge of relevant software applications (including MS Office Suite)Strong problem solving skills with attention to detail Excellent strategic/critical thinking Excellent communication/presentation skills (all levels of organization) Knowledge of industry regulations (Safety, HOS) Knowledge of applicable laws, regulations, and industry best practices related to fleet safety, transportation regulations at a provincial and federal level.
