**As an Administrator, Client Services your responsibilities will include**:

- Administer first and second counselling sessions to clients as required by the BIA
- Assess clients’ budget plans and financial goals
- Deliver an excellent and empathetic experience for the clients’
- Complete counselling sessions by telephone, video and in person when required
- Travel to other offices to meet with clients, if required
- Reviewing monthly income and expense reports
- Communicating with clients, creditors and other third parties
- Other duties as required

**Think you’ve got what it takes to be an Administrator, Client Services? Like the colour purple? Great. Here's a few more boxes we’re also hoping you can tick**:

- College diploma in Business Administration or a related field would be an assett
- Exceptional interpersonal skills to relate with clients and liaise with team members
- High computer literacy including the ability to learn new programs and previous experience using Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, Word)
- Excellent time management and organizational skills
- Strong analytical and critical thinking skills
- Ability to work independently
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills to compose various documents and speak effectively with clients, staff, and other third parties in-person, on the phone or in a virtual meeting environment

**This position is flexible to work from offices in any of our Grant Thornton Locations in New Brunswick or Nova Scotia**
