**Job Summary**

**Responsibilities**
- Lead, mentor, and develop team members to enhance their skills and performance.
- Oversee daily operations and service delivery while ensuring adherence to company policies and procedures.
- Manage scheduling, time management, and resource allocation effectively.
- Facilitate training development programs and orentation for new hires and ongoing staff education.
- Monitor team performance and implement strategies for improvement.
- Assist the facility supervisor with the monthly petty cash balance and month end billing procedures
- Have a solid comprehension of crisis programs, transitional placements and group care fundamentals.
- Demonstarate respect for the youth and their families in all duties and interactions
- Provide direct care to the young people within the facility when required
- Liaise with community stakeholders and build relationships as required

**Skills**
- Strong administrative skills with attention to detail.
- Comprehensive understanding of the overarching principles of client care, financial responsibilities and administartive functions.
- Excellent interpersonal and articulation skills (written and verbal)
- Well developed sense of decision-making and problem-solving skills
- Exceptional time management skills to prioritize tasks efficiently.
- Proven experience in team management, fostering collaboration, and motivation among team members.
- Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Exceptional diplomcy skills
- Expereince working in a unionized environment is preferred

Please note:
The incumbents are required to have access to a reliable vehicle with 2 million liability insurance as driving youth may be required.

The successful applicants must reside in Canada, have a clear Child Abuse Screen and police check with a vulnerable sector search.

Pay: $67,285.00-$69,356.00 per year
