As a Nude Solutions Product Specialist, you’ll be part of a collaborative, passionate and high-performing team. Using your expertise, you will offer direction and development of the Nude Solutions products and processes to ensure Nude Solutions clients’ needs are met.

**What you’ll do as a Product Specialist**:

- You will actively participate in the development and reviewing of insurance products for Nude Solutions clients
- Manage and prioritize product backlog
- Engage with others to obtain all the required information to ensure successful completion of the product
- Ensure quality is incorporated into all project and product deliverables, to decrease defects and implement releases with minimum disruptions to customers
- Communicate proactively, and collaborate with project team members to provide regular updates
- Conduct and lead the final testing of the product
- Execute changes to the existing offerings based on data to determine customer market and business needs to confidently provide options to requests received from clients
- Offer insurance expertise to build unique products and insurance product wording, rules, and rates

**What you’ll need to succeed**:

- 5+ years of Insurance Underwriting experience is required
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite, mainly Excel _(Advanced skills is an asset)_
- Demonstrated knowledge of insurance and an understanding of brokers, underwriters, risk managers and training roles
- Personal or Commercial Lines Broker experience is considered an asset
- Accounting experience is considered an asset
- Insurance Product Development experience is considered an asset
- Ability to work in a multi-disciplined team environment as well as individually
- Active listening and communication skills
- Strong organizational, prioritization and time-management skills
- Ability to meet tight deadlines and accurately gauge timelines
- High attention to detailAccountability for tracking time worked and accurate billing
