Overview:
Reporting to the Senior Manager, Digital Performance Marketing, the Associate Manager, Paid Digital Advertising, will be accountable for managing paid digital initiatives for TD Ready Advice. Ultimately accountable for a holistic management of paid channels (search, display and social media), the Manager's objective is to leverage paid channels for competitive advantage, optimize conversions, increase the awareness of the program and drive ROI.
Job DescriptionContribute to the strategic development and execution of digital advertising in support of awareness and consideration campaigns as well as always on acquisition and/or engagement programs.Leverage social media expertise and current best practices to support the planning and execution of social media strategy assigned Lines of Business.Work closely with the Content team to generate cohesive advice strategies across digital.Manage the display advertising and social media budget, optimize KPI's across tactics to maximize ROI of each marketing dollar spent, leveraging audience targeting, TD's digital marketing capabilities and other tactics to drive efficiencies.Optimize the end-to-end campaign (including audiences, creative, content, networks, channels, tactics, etc) on an ongoing basis in real-time.Analysis and reporting to surface performance insights related to customer

trends, creative messaging, audiences, media costs and placements.Test and learnsFacilitate cross-stakeholder reporting for media performance and budget pacing across paid with support from agency and other channel leads.Work with Agency on display for performance.Meta and Search in-platform experience.Support planning and quarterly forecasting as it pertains to digital media performanceEngage with agencies, vendors and key internal partners to deliver best-in-class paid media strategies and programs.Partner with Marketing Planning and the business to deliver on digital sales objectives.Comply with TD process and governance control requirements.Provide ongoing insights on performance and reporting of results for all display advertising and social media marketing programs, relative to YoY and forecast.Stay on top of industry trends and all applicable technologies, including developments in - Ad Display, Social media, SEM, SEO, and online consumer behavior. Requirements3-5 years of digital marketing experience across key channels, display, social media and on-site with a clear focus on leveraging data to drive business results.Proven hands-on in-platform experience running performance marketing campaigns through digital, including display, programmatic, search, social, and driving performance through digital experiences.Proven experience with digital acquisition campaigns in an always-on environment and demonstrating results with driving incremental improvements. Working knowledge and expertise in strategies utilized to optimize performance through multiple digital devices; desktop, mobile and tablet.Business acumen: strategic thinking, analytical and problem-solving skills.Proven interpersonal and relationship management skills, with ability to obtain consensus among multiple stakeholders.Strong teamwork orientation with an ability to work effectively in a constantly changing environment, requiring ongoing. re-evaluation of priorities.Understanding of and experience with financial institutions & their product offerings would be an asset.
EducationUniversity or Post-Secondary education required.Business or Marketing Communications an asset.
