**Position Summary**
The Operations Coordinator is responsible for booking and coordinating shipments with customers and delivering reports to department heads. This position is best suited to very versatile people who have great time management skills, interpersonal skills to build strong relationships, prioritization and multitasking.

**Key Competencies**
- Attention to detail and good hand eye coordination is key.
- Fluent in English (verbal and written)
- Document use and numeracy

- Book and coordinate shipments with customers and other facilities
- Order entry for all customers
- Manage and review purchasing
- All purchase requests to go to this individual. They would be responsible for looking at alternate quotes, if required.
- Responsible for recurring purchases
- Manage shipping documents
- Shop Job Tracking
- Project Management
- Coordinate all residential projects
- Sales
- Quote follow-up
- Other Admin
- Other operation tasks as required
**Requirements**:
- College or University Education
- Operations experience an asset, but not required
