**Position Summary**:
We are seeking a motivated and results-oriented Security System/Smart Building Salesperson to join our dynamic sales team. In this role, you will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, nurturing client relationships, and driving sales growth in the field of security systems and smart building automation. Your expertise in security systems, strong communication skills, and passion for delivering excellent customer experiences will contribute to our continued success.

**Responsibilities**:

- Identify and prospect new business opportunities in the security system and smart building sector, including commercial, industrial, and institutional markets.
- Conduct market research to understand client needs, industry trends, and competitive landscape, and develop effective sales strategies accordingly.
- Build and maintain a robust sales pipeline by actively engaging with potential clients through various channels, including cold calling, networking events, and industry conferences.
- Perform comprehensive needs assessments and collaborate with clients to understand their security and automation requirements, and propose tailored solutions.
- Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations, product demonstrations, and proposals to key decision-makers, highlighting the value and benefits of our security system and smart building solutions.
- Collaborate with internal teams, including engineers, project managers, and technical support, to ensure seamless project implementation and customer satisfaction.
- Negotiate contract terms and pricing agreements with clients, adhering to company guidelines and profitability targets
- Stay up-to-date with the latest advancements in security systems, smart building technologies, and IoT trends to effectively position our solutions and differentiate them from competitors.
- Achieve and exceed sales targets and objectives within assigned territories.
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients, providing exceptional customer service and support throughout the entire sales process and beyond.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of sales activities, customer interactions, and opportunities in the CRM system.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field (preferred but not required)
- Proven experience in sales, preferably in the security system or smart building industry.
- Strong understanding of security systems, access control, video surveillance, intrusion detection, smart building platforms, RTLS, nurse call, intercom and duress
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport and establish trust with clients.
- Proactive and self-motivated individual with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple priorities and pursuits simultaneously.
- Proficient in using CRM software, Microsoft Office Suite, and other sales productivity tools.
- Valid driver's license and willingness to travel to client sites as needed.
