**Responsibilities**:
Elevate your career with PepsiCo Beverages Canada We are on the lookout for a dynamic administrative professional to join our team as a Receptionist at our thriving Delta, British Columbia location. This isn't your run-of-the-mill desk job - it's an opportunity to make a lasting impression and be part of a fantastic team making a real impact.

**Key Responsibilities**:
- Create a friendly and inviting atmosphere for PepsiCo Beverage visitors and contractors, ensuring a positive experience.- Professionally answer and direct incoming calls to the appropriate contacts.- Manage accounts payable and maintain accurate records, contributing to financial efficiency.- Handle export and transport paperwork, as well as bills of lading, ensuring smooth logístical processes.- Contribute to the inventory process, maintaining an organized and efficient system.- Assist the management team with general administrative tasks, including running reports, copying, filing, and faxing.- Maintain and order office supplies to keep the workplace well-equipped.- Take on additional responsibilities as assigned by the Sr. Plant Manager, showcasing versatility and commitment.

Qualifications:

- Successful completion of an administrative/office management program or a University degree, required
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Knowledge of different SAP systems would be considered an asset
- Ability to multi-task is essential
- Must demonstrate problem solving skills
- Strong organizational skills and ability to plan, prioritize and execute
- Must be self-motivated, punctual with demonstrated professional maturity
