Office Clerk

**AGF Rebar inc.** is actively looking for an **Office Clerk** (Document Controller) located either in our Makham or Kitchener Office. Reporting to the Team Lead, Project Management, the **Office Clerk** will be responsible to support the Project Manager's team with document project control and different administrative tasks.
**Role and responsibilities**:
- Tracking the T&M and the re-detailing hours that have been claimed by the PMs
- Entering the change orders in the system;
- Manage document control for multiple construction projects, ensuring all documents were properly registered, distributed, and archived;
- Provide administrative support to the Project Manager and Construction Manager;
- Responsible for overseeing the document management system, ensuring the accuracy, completeness, and accessibility of project documents;
- Manage and organize a high volume of project documentation, including drawings; specifications, contracts, and correspondence;
- Other administrative tasks.
**Qualifications**:
- 1-2 years' experience of administrative work
- Document or records management an asset
- Experience working with many file types
- Ability to find and preserve paper documents
- Basic understanding of construction documents an asset
- Ability to work under pressure and learn quickly
- Autonomy and high level of organization
- Good communication skills
