We have a great opportunity for a cooks with skills and who want to get away from endless nights. We have 2 positions available, one with our catering company (full-time) and another in our café (part-time)

We are looking for someone with the following skills and attributes:
**Catering Cook: located downtown**
- 3 or more years of cooking experience in high end restaurants. The more techniques and more different type of cuisines the better.
- 1 year experience leading a line or running off-site events.
- Extremely organized. Neat and fast.
- Experience with meal portioning. We weigh everything This is no joke. Every gram is money.
- Ability to work 1 night a week and occasional weekend as needed.
- Bilingualism and driver's license are essential.
- Ability to work occasional early mornings (530am) as needed.

**Cafe Cook: located in Westmount**
- 2 years in a high volume quick service restaurant.
- Daily menu planning experience.
- Bilingual (French/English) is absolutely necessary. We have an open kitchen.
- Brunch experience barista skills an asset.

Nous recherchons une personne ayant les compétences et les qualités suivantes:
**Cuisine traiteur : situé au centre-ville**
- 3 ans ou plus d'expérience en cuisine dans des restaurants haut de gamme. Plus vous avez de techniques et de cuisines différentes, mieux c'est.
- 1 an d'expérience dans la direction d'une ligne ou dans l'organisation d'événements hors site.
- Extrêmement organisé. Soigneux et rapide.
- Expérience en boucherie.
- Capacité à travailler une nuit par semaine et occasionnellement le week-end selon les besoins.
- Le bilinguisme et le permis de conduire sont essentiels.
- Capacité à travailler occasionnellement tôt le matin (5h30) selon les besoins.

**Cuisinier de café : situé à Westmount**
- 2 ans dans un restaurant à service rapide à haut volume.
- Expérience de la planification des menus quotidiens.
- Le bilinguisme (français/anglais) est absolument nécessaire. Nous avons une cuisine ouverte.
- Expérience en brunch, compétences en barista un atout.

Pay: $22.00-$35.00 per hour

Expected hours: 30 - 45 per week

Schedule:

- Day shift
- Evening shift
- Monday to Friday
- Night shift
- Weekends as needed

- line cook: 3 years (required)

Licence/Certification:
