**Description d'emploi**:
Air Canada Vacations is hiring a Lead Coordinator, Groups / Vacances Air Canada recrute un/une Coordonnateur(trice) principale, Groupes.

**RESPONSABILITÉS**:

- Appliquer toutes les procédures relatives aux réservations de groupe et aux activités connexes;
- S’assurer que les besoins évolutifs sont traités et communiqués et que les délais sont respectés au cours du processus, du devis initial à la réservation finale, en passant par le processus de paiement aux comptes créances;
- Faire le pont avec les différents départements impliqués dans le processus de réservation;
- Effectuer toutes les modifications du programme de l’hôtel affectées par les groupes;
- Effectuer tous les changements d’horaires et traiter les files d’attente dans Pacific et TTS;
- Traiter toutes les supplantations aériennes et hôtelières et trouver des options pour satisfaire les besoins de nos clients;
- Toujours être en contact avec le département des Opérations aériennes pour demander des sièges pour les gros porteurs et les groupes de grande taille;
- Toujours être en contact avec les contrôleurs de route AC concernant les demandes de sièges pour les connexions et les situations spéciales;
- Distribuer et assigner les nouveaux groupes;
- Signaler tous les problèmes techniques liés à Pacific et TTS au soutien informatique et informer les employés quotidiennement;
- Informer quotidiennement le personnel de toutes les promotions, des changements de système, des changements de produits et des corrections dans la brochure;
- Mettre à jour le personnel des changements récurrents;
- Traiter les questions relatives à l’assistance à la clientèle et à la comptabilité
- Transmettre toutes les demandes spéciales et les documents demandés aux intervenants appropriés;
- Préparer et soumettre les rapports demandés à la direction et aux fournisseurs;
- Tester les nouvelles fonctionnalités et procédures du système;
- Maintenir une connaissance actuelle et précise des produits de groupe, des procédures de réservation et des politiques;
- Fournir et maintenir un haut niveau de service à la clientèle et de professionnalisme par le biais de contacts téléphoniques et publics;
- Les responsabilités ci-dessus ne sont pas censées être exhaustives. D’autres tâches peuvent être assignées par le superviseur immédiat.

**CONNAISSANCES ET APTITUDES REQUISES**:

- Diplôme d’études collégiales en tourisme et/ou deux (2) ans d’expérience comme agent de réservation;
- Excellent sens de l’organisation et de la gestion du temps;
- Capacité de prioriser le travail et de résoudre les problèmes;
- Parfaitement bilingue en français et en anglais;
- Solides compétences en communication et en vente, combinées à l’esprit d’initiative, à la flexibilité et au bon jugement;
- Des connaissances en informatique (Excel et Word) sont un atout.
- Responsible for coordinating and controlling all activities pertaining to making group reservations and participating in the completion of the day to day tasks.

**RESPONSABILITIES**:

- Ensure evolving needs are addressed/communicated and deadlines are attained during the process, from initial quote to final booking, including payment process to payables and receivables;
- Liaise with the different departments involved in the booking process;
- Action all program hotel modifications affected by groups.
- Action all schedule changes and process queues in Ocean
- Handle all bumping air and hotel and find alternatives to satisfy our customer’s needs.
- Always in contact with Air Ops dept requesting seats for large aircrafts and larger size groups.
- Always in contact with AC route controllers regarding connector seat requests and special situations
- Distribute and assign new groups;
- Reporting all technical issues related with Pacific & TTS to helpdesk and update employees on a daily basis
- Update staff on a daily basis of all promotions, system changes, product changes, brochure Corrections
- Updating staff of constant changes
- Handle customer care issues and accounting issues
- Transmit all special requests and requested documents to proper intervening;
- Prepare and submit requested reports to management and suppliers;
- Testing of new system functionality and procedures
- Maintain current and accurate group product knowledge, booking procedures and policies;
- Provide and maintain a high level of customer service and professionalism through telephone and public contacts;
- The above responsibilities are not intended to be all encompassing. May perform other tasks as assigned by immediate supervisor.

**KNOWLEDGE AND SKILLS REQUIRED**:

- College diploma in Tourism and/or two (2) year experience as Reservation agent;
- Excellent organizational and time management skills;
- Ability to prioritize work and solve problems;
- Fluently bilingual in French and English;
- Strong communication and selling skills comb
