THE ROLE
- Serve customers from both the cured and fresh meat cases.
- Provide professional and attentive customer service.
- Accurately portion, pack, and label products for retail sale.
- Adhere to all food-handling and safety policies and procedures.
- Assist in the preparation of in-house salads, sandwiches, and sauces.
- Gain product knowledge in order to advise customers on the best options to suit their needs.
- Uphold our standards for quality and freshness.

- The ability to multi-task in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
- The ability to work well in a team environment and communicate clearly.
- Food prep experience and knife skills are an asset.
- A positive and friendly attitude.
- The flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including mornings, evenings and weekends.
