Job Overview:
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced individual to join our team as a Branch Manager for Transit Mechanical and Body Repair Shop. As a Branch Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our branch, managing a team of employees, and ensuring exceptional customer service. This is a leadership role that requires strong sales management skills, financial services knowledge, and the ability to provide effective team management. You Will also be responsible for quality inspection.

**Duties**:

- Manage and supervise branch staff,
- Develop and implement production strategies to meet branch goals and targets
- Monitor and analyze sales reports to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions
- Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulations
- Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and escalations in a timely and professional manner
- Conduct regular meetings with staff to communicate goals, expectations, and provide feedback
- Oversee quality control
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth operations and achieve overall company objectives

**Requirements**:

- 310T or 310B Preferred
- Proven experience in sales management or related field
- Strong knowledge of Mechanical Repairs In Transit Buses or Trucks
- Excellent customer service skills with the ability to resolve issues effectively
- Proficient in math calculations for cash handling and financial analysis
- Demonstrated leadership abilities with the aptitude to motivate and inspire a team
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
- Effective communication skills, both verbal and written
- Lean 6 sigma
- Project management

Pay: $60,000.00-$90,000.00 per year
