**Responsibilities**:

- Tear down and repair of Bottom Hole Pumps (BHP), inspection of BHP’S for corrosion wear and pitting, air testing BHP's, pump out procedures used in the repair of BHP's.
- Break down pumps in need of repair, using electric drills, friction wrenches, buffers, steamers, appropriate solvents, and other equipment as needed.
- Complete pump reports and entry of pump reports on Pump Tracking System.
- Finalize pump reports and generates sales documents.
- Handle customer calls, pick-up, and delivery of BHP’S while following established guidelines for transportation.
- Demonstrate competence and compliance with DNOW’s processes, procedures, safety regulations and system requirements.
- Handle sales and materials for all artificial lift requirements.
- Operating forklifts and moving equipment and goods around the warehouse and industrial sites. Duties including using forklifts to unload deliveries, stacking boxes for storage, and moving wooden pallets around the warehouse.
- Performs general store, shipping, receiving and counter duties as assigned by Branch Manager. Stacks or places merchandise or material in an accessible manner in bins, shelves, yard, or other assigned areas.

**Requirements**:

- GED, Post-Secondary Education is an asset.
- Ability/availability to work weekends and be rotational on-call schedule to meet customer need
- Experience and knowledge of ALS and Bottom Hole Pumps, (wellhead packages, product knowledge)
- The ability to read technical documents is an asset.
- Valid Class 5 Driver’s License and Clean Driver’s Abstract
- Forklift Operator Certification
- Ability to complete and pass pre-employment testing (Drug, alcohol, and fitness to work)
