**Receptionist Job Responsibilities**:
- Welcomes visitors with warm and friendly greetings, in person or on the telephone; answering or referring inquiries appropriately
- Booking appointments with online software
- Professional appearance, demeanor and representation of the company
- Handles communication call log with detail messages and information
- Upholds respect for privacy, security and confidentiality for all internal and external stakeholders
- Maintains telecommunication system by following manufacturer's instructions for house phone and console operation.
- Maintains safe and clean reception area by complying with procedures, rules, and regulations
- Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed
- Willingness to learn new tasks and responsibilities with job growth is a plus

Telephone Skills, Verbal Communication, Microsoft Office Skills, Listening, Professionalism, Customer Focus, Organization, Informing Others, Handles Pressure, Phone Skills
**Job Types**: Full-time, Fixed term contract
Contract length: 12 weeks
**Salary**: $15.50-$17.50 per hour
