**About Us**

Our projects are diverse and include, geotechnical/civil engineering, QA/QC construction monitoring, drill monitoring, geo
- environmental monitoring, site investigations, foundation inspections, and soil and concrete lab
testing. We work across different industries including open-pit mining environments and vital municipal work sites.

- Conduct Geotechnical laboratory testing on soils and aggregate like proctors, sieves,
hydrometer, specific gravity, and Atterberg limits as well as compressive strength testing
concrete materials meeting the respective ASTM and CSA standards.
- Enter laboratory sample tags and print the working sheets from our LIMS system.
Input third-party laboratory results.
- Submit results of soil sample; and concrete tests and deliver them to the Quality Assurance
Specialist
- Calibrate lab equipment (proctor machine, sieves, ovens, scales, and molds) and complete
preventative maintenance of lab equipment when required.
- Work in a fast-paced environment and carry out assignments with mínimal supervision.
Physical demands include but are not limited to prolonged standing, repetitive movement,
and lifting to 50 LBS.
- Hourly pay for this role will be $23.00 to $28.00 per hour depending on work experience.

**What We’re Looking For**
- Experience and/or education is considered an asset but not a requirement
strong work ethic
- Valid CCIL/CSA concrete testing certification is considered an asset.
- Knowledge of SpectraQest is considered an asset.
Proficient in the use of Microsoft Excel
- High attention to detail and the ability to multi-task
- Time management skills, organizational skills, independent thinking skills, problem
solving and analytical skills
- Eager and willing to learn the laboratory role.
- Strong workplace health and safety practices

**Working Conditions, Schedule, and Physical Requirements**:

- Legally authorized to work in Canada on an ongoing basis.
- Must have a valid driver’s license.
- Working outdoors in all types of weather
- Successfully perform a Fit for Work test
- Complete a drug and alcohol test.
