The Crew Leader should have excellent communication and customer service skills to interact with clients regularly.

While providing leadership to other crew members the Crew Leader is responsible for the completion of regular maintenance and landscaping projects on time.

**Key duties & responsibilities of the Crew Leader include**:

- Lead a maintenance crew daily
- Operate mowing, trimming, and leaf blowing equipment
- Knowledge of lawn care operations, fertilizing, over-seeding & aerating lawns including spring and fall clean up
- Preform garden bed maintenance ie. install mulch, prune & plant bushes
- Operate heavy equipment
- Competence using hand tools and power tools, with the ability to maintain and troubleshoot issues
- Mentor junior crew members
- Responsible for equipment, truck, and trailer cleanliness and organization
- Ability to work outdoors for an extended period of time, and in inclement weather

**Skills**:

- Leadership
- Posses a valid drivers license
- Landscaping experience
- Ability to lift 50lbs
- Horticulture experience

**Salary**: $18.00-$26.00 per hour

Flexible Language Requirement:

- French not required

Schedule:

- Day shift
- Monday to Friday

Supplemental pay types:

- Bonus pay

Work Location: On the road
