Today, Pro West Pools is the leading swimming pool construction company in Greater Vancouver, specializing in residential vinyl liner pools. We believe in providing each of our customers with high quality craftsmanship, unique design ideas, and affordable pool solutions

As our business grows and evolves, we need to hire 1 or 2 Construction Assistants to be a key part of our site crews.
- Physically fit, hardworking and reliable. Able to work outdoors in all seasons.
- Ideally, but not required, 1 or more years of construction experience with any specialty: service, residential, new construction, renovation etc, perhaps working as a Carpenter’s Assistant or landscaping.
- Strong knowledge of general exterior construction codes
- The willingness and ability to listen, learn and develop more valuable construction skills for your career growth
- Communication, teamwork, safety consciousness, reliability, punctuality and self-motivation
- A Valid BC driver’s license and reliable vehicle so you can meet at the company office/shop most work mornings, and then go to our various project construction sites with crew members. Shop is not on a bus route.
- Most importantly, we are looking to hire someone of character and integrity who we can count on to show up and be ready to make a contribution every day at our project sites, and be courteous to our customers.

**Salary**: $20.00-$30.00 per hour

Schedule:

- Day shift
- Monday to Friday
- No weekends
