Hospitality Coordinator

**Position Purpose and Summary**

We’re seeking a skilled temporary hospitality coordinator to join us for approximately 2.5 months from mid-April intermittently to the end of June. As part of our team, you’ll be responsible for crafting meal plans, cooking, cleaning and maintaining communal spaces for individuals and student groups renting the LLC during this time frame, at the request of the Director. Your role includes not only meal planning and cooking, but also the hands-on responsibilities of purchasing ingredients, and working with staff to maintain the hospitality and cleanliness of the LLC building to create a welcoming environment.

**Contract Term**: 2.5 months (mid-April to end of June)
- Prep days: between April 15-April 26 (approx. 10 hours)
- Stint 1: April 28 - May 11 (breakfast and lunch)
- Prep days: between May 13-May 24 (approx. 10 hours)
- Stint 2: May 25-May 31 (Breakfast)

**Key Areas of Accountability**
- Create cost effective meal plans and purchase all ingredients related to the plan
- Work with LLC staff to ensure health and safety around food preparation
- Set up and clean up for all meals
- Aiding in cleaning and maintaining a hospitable environment for student groups and outside organizations renting the LLC
- Be the main point of contact for student groups and outside organizations renting the LLC

**Experience**: Experience in cooking and hospitality management for large groups would be an asset
