In this essential role as a Warehouse Specialist for our Supply Chain team, you will contribute to Moderna's mission by supporting our manufacturing teams through efficient management of production materials, from receipt through to distribution. This position, central to Moderna’s operational excellence, involves coordinating with internal teams, maintaining rigorous inventory standards, and actively optimizing warehouse processes. You’ll be a vital part of a high-performing team in Laval, helping to streamline our supply chain processes and contributing to our ambitious global health initiatives.
Here’s What You’ll Do
**Your key responsibilities will be**:
Independently coordinating deliveries to internal customers and conducting daily SAP transactions to ensure seamless material movement.
Conducting daily cycle counts, overseeing wipe-down activities for materials entering manufacturing suites, and handling expired materials.
Executing all aspects of warehouse operations, providing strong support to manufacturing teams and upholding Moderna's standards for safety, compliance, and efficiency.
**Your responsibilities will also include**:
Leading initiatives aimed at improving warehouse operations with a strong emphasis on safety, compliance, and operational efficiency.
Collaborating closely with the warehouse operations lead and global supply chain teams to support and optimize Moderna’s end-to-end supply chain effectiveness.
Performing additional duties as assigned, supporting the dynamic needs of Moderna’s fast-paced environment.

Here’s What You’ll Need ( Basic Qualifications)
High School diploma, with at least 2 years of experience in Warehouse Operations and Shipping; BS/BA Degree preferred.
This position is site-based, requiring you to be at Moderna’s site full-time. This position is not eligible for remote work.
Here’s What You’ll Bring to the Table (Preferred Qualifications)
Experience in a highly regulated industry, Pharmaceutical, or related field.
Ability to lift and move products.
Proficient use of Microsoft Office (SAP, Smartsheet, Microsoft Word, and Excel).
Outstanding communication skills (verbal and written) in English and French.
Collaborative, and customer-focused attitude.
