Grow Team Manager

**Riverbend Co-op** is recruiting for a Grow Team Sales Manager to join our expanding **GROW Team.**

Riverbend Co-op is a dynamic retail Co-operative serving multiple commodities in 9 communities. Ranked as the 75th largest company in Saskatchewan we serve the Central Saskatchewan communities of Beechy, Davidson, Kenaston, Hanley,Tullis, Strongfield, Broderick, Outlook and Wiseton.

We are currently recruiting for a Grow Team Sales Manager to join our expanding Grow Team.
- have the ability to lead and direct a team to success.
- assist in administering and carrying out an extensive on farm contact program and maintain detailed records.
- ensure the team is able to market and distribute GROW Team products to new and existing customers.
- adapt to changing market conditions and grower needs while communicating regularly with both producers and the GROW Team professionals.
- Develop relationships with manufacturing representatives.
- have a strong understanding of sales and pricing.
- Must have a valid Class 5 driver’s license.
