**En quoi consiste ce rôle**:

- Assurer un leadership fort pour développer les compétences de l'équipe de spécialistes des opérations de cybersécurité, y compris la planification des projets et des capacités, l'encadrement et le mentorat, et la gestion des performances.
- Assurer le fonctionnement efficace et efficient des capacités d'opérations de sécurité dans l'ensemble de l'entreprise, en veillant à ce que tous les systèmes soient sécurisés et à ce que les incidents soient détectés et traités rapidement et efficacement.
- Superviser la surveillance de la sécurité et la réponse aux incidents, y compris la gestion et la coordination directes des ressources, la communication avec les clients et la supervision des processus, de la détection à l'autopsie.
- Surveiller les incidents de sécurité, y répondre et en rendre compte, en veillant à ce que toutes les parties prenantes soient informées et à ce que des mesures appropriées soient prises pour éviter que des incidents similaires ne se reproduisent à l'avenir.
- Fournir des orientations et effectuer des tâches de sécurité quotidiennes, telles que le triage des alertes, la surveillance des menaces, le renseignement sur les menaces et la chasse aux menaces, la gestion des vulnérabilités, la protection des points d'extrémité et le suivi des résultats en matière de sécurité.
- Rechercher, développer et mettre en œuvre des technologies visant à renforcer le dispositif de sécurité global de l'entreprise à l'échelle mondiale, en veillant à ce que l'entreprise garde une longueur d'avance sur les menaces et les vulnérabilités émergentes.
- Définir et suivre les indicateurs clés de performance (KPI) et les indicateurs clés de risque (KRI) pour mesurer l'efficacité des opérations de cybersécurité dans l'ensemble de l'organisation.
- Utiliser l'analyse pour identifier les tendances, les anomalies et les menaces potentielles pour la sécurité.
- Préparer et fournir des rapports réguliers à la direction générale et aux parties prenantes, y compris au RSSI, sur la situation en matière de sécurité, les incidents et les indicateurs de performance de l'organisation.
- Réaliser des évaluations et des audits réguliers de la cybersécurité afin d'identifier les vulnérabilités et les lacunes en matière de conformité.
- Veiller à ce que l'organisation respecte les normes, les réglementations et les meilleures pratiques du secteur en matière de cybersécurité.
- Superviser l'avancement des plans d'atténuation visant à résoudre les problèmes identifiés et à saisir les opportunités d'amélioration.
- superviser la documentation et la mise à jour d'un plan de réponse aux incidents pour gérer les incidents de cybersécurité
- Diriger les efforts de réponse aux incidents lorsque des incidents de sécurité se produisent, en assurant la coordination avec les équipes internes et les partenaires externes, le cas échéant.
- Diriger l'initiative visant à tester et à diffuser les plans de réponse aux incidents afin de garantir un état de préparation adéquat en cas d'incident de cybersécurité.
- Effectuer des analyses après l'incident afin de tirer des enseignements et d'améliorer les processus de réponse à l'incident.
- Contribuer à l'instauration d'une culture de la sécurité dans l'ensemble de l'organisation.

**Ce qu'il te faut pour joindre notre équipe**:

- Au moins 10 ans d'expérience dans le domaine de la cybersécurité.
- Au moins 5 ans dans un rôle de leadership dans des environnements de grandes entreprises et plus si vous avez de l'expérience dans le monde de la fabrication.
- Compréhension approfondie de la sécurité du travail agricole comme CIS, NIST, MITRE, ISO, etc.
- Une certification professionnelle dans le domaine de la cybersécurité (CISSP, CISM, etc.) est un plus.
- Expérience du triage des alertes et de la réponse aux incidents dans des environnements opérationnels à haute pression.
- Expérience de la gestion des fournisseurs et des clients.
- Expérience concrète des menaces réseau et des menaces système dans un environnement d'entreprise.
- Expérience de la gestion et du développement de nouveaux produits et services.
- Expérience de la surveillance des menaces, de la gestion des vulnérabilités et des solutions de protection des points d'extrémité.
- Compréhension approfondie des fonctionnalités SIEM et de leur lien avec les procédures SOC.
