**Requirements**:
To join Kanata Clean Pro, you’ll need to:

- **Be Legally Authorized to Work in Canada**: Proof of eligibility to work is required.
- **Provide a Clean Criminal Background Check**: All team members must pass a background check.
- **Have Reliable Transportation**: You’ll need your own way to get to job sites.
- **Own Cleaning Supplies**: This includes a vacuum, mop, step stool, and your preferred cleaning products.
- **Have at Least 1 Year of Professional Cleaning Experience**: Your expertise is important to us.
- **Be Reliable and Detail-Oriented**: Pride in your work and consistency in delivering high-quality results are essential.
- **Have Basic English Skills**: Clear communication with clients and our team is key.
- **Provide Two Professional References**: These should confirm your reliability, flexibility, and cleaning skills.
