**Overview**:
Providing our clients with exceptional service is the foundation of our business. The
**Client Services Manager** will drive day-to-day operations, proactively manage client requests and issues on cases and litigation matters while inspiring their team members to work together to exceed our clients' expectations.

**What you'll do**:

- Maintain a culture committed to providing exceptional customer service to support our business objectives and growth
- Manage the day-to-day tasks and workload for members of the **Client Services** team
- Provide support to team members as needed and hold them accountable to all standards and best practices, following disciplinary procedures when necessary
- Develop team members by providing feedback and guidance; ensure they are engaged and progressing along a path of growth opportunities
- Ensure timecards are completed accurately and on time for the processing of payroll
- Communicate professionally with clients, subcontractors and team members to ensure proper execution of all aspects of upcoming jobs are met
- Resolve issues and escalate as needed to ensure prompt and accurate resolution

**Who you are**:

- 2-4 years of hands-on management experience
- Customer service oriented with strong interpersonal skills
- Ability to analyze workflow and effectively lead a team to meet clients' needs
- Ability to manage internal and external issues with grace and solve problems creatively
- Must possess excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Prior knowledge of and experience working in the legal and/or customer service industry is preferred
